former police chief Mathew Nestor convicted

American police get off on murder, even though once in awhile they get convicted.

Police target minorities and individuals who stand out or stand alone from a crowd, and in this case, police covered up the fact that a Mexican man, Luis Ramírez, 25, was fatally beaten in 2008 in Shenandoah PA.

Ramirez had been beaten to death by a gang of white kids, and the police chief covered it up.

Police Chief Mathew Nestor got caught hiding evidence, and “Prosecutors accused Mr.Nestor of misdirecting the federal investigation into Mr. Ramirez death by omitting the names of the suspects from a police report” among other things.

As usual, Federal Prosecutors gave him a light sentence, as is the pattern in cases of prosecutors who pursue police criminals. In the rare hour when police are actually prosecuted for their crimes, prosecutors  rarely sentence them to hard time, and cops get off with a slap of the prosecutors hand.

Prosecutors tend to consider police as an element of “good” in society, and thus are prone to believe that the crimes that police are found guilty of are isolated incidents, rather than lifelong patterns of criminal behavior.

However, even the most minor, and harmless incidents of citizens being brave enough to retaliate, or fight back against corrupt cops is prosecuted to the fullest.

Despite the fact that the police personality is psychopathic, prosecutors themselves embody similar mental disorders, as well as exhibit anti-social traits. So, Nestor got 13 months in prison, although a pre-sentencing report by probation officials had recommended 57 to 71 months.

American police are corrupt, and seldom get prosecuted, because like a gang, they stick together at the expense of following or upholding the law.

Police even try to get into the wombs of celebrities, as Sarah Jessica Parker found out a couple years back, in sexually repressed and god-feerin’ Ohio.

Martins Ferry Police Chief Barry Carpenter had stolen documents from the surrogate mother of Parker’s baby, and “along with another police chief, was accused of meeting with freelance photographers  and offering items such as a poem, photos, legal documents about the surrogacy agreement, and pictures of ultrasounds. A photographer alerted the surrogacy agency, which reported the thefts to police.”

Police abuse women all the time and  contribute largely to drug and human trafficking, but it is rare when they get prosecuted trying to peek into the womb of a celebrity.

They steal things all the time, as well as manipulate or destroy evidence, or as in this case, try to sell the evidence to the highest bidder–after they invaded the privacy of the surrogate and Ms. Parker.

American Police will stop at nothing to get into the private lives of ordinary citizens, and it is refreshing when a celebrity case of criminal police conduct comes to light. Probably not as refreshing to know that this is the nature of the police personality in America.

To any and all fellow bloggers, IT professionals, et al: have you ever noticed how slow/impossible your computer connection becomes when you write about the sort of things we write about here?  It’s enough to actually alter your thoughtstream, and change your brain chemistry.

As reported by http://www.abovetopsecret.com, there is technology in use today that does just that.

“According to literature by Silent Sounds, Inc., it is now possible, using supercomputers, to analyse human emotional EEG patterns and replicate them, then store these “emotion signature clusters” on another computer and, at will, “silently induce and change the emotional state in a human being”.

To make matters worse, somehow today, I cannot create content links using the simple wordpress ‘Insert’ button, or create links!

I am seeking advice, and anecdotes of similar experiences.

It is classic paranoia to believe that “someone is hiding in my internet,” but it becomes a factual anecdotal experience if others are aware of it too.

In the very least, it is my theory that the military, FBI, and its related programs of Echelon and Carnivore have more than one function. The basic function the government tells us is that htese are “listening” programs, i.e., they “listen for keywords”and terrorists, etc.

However, I believe that they have other functions as well, not least of which is to slow down, stop, redirect, or otherwise interfere with conversations they don’t want civilians to have–conversations like, um, POLICE MISCONDUCT and BRUTALITY.

So, in this light, here are some basics of my theory:

1) Echelon, modern secret programs that function better than ol’ Carnivore, the FBI, NSA,  et al are actually using programs to deliberately causing internet chat to slow down, and inserting themselves into emergent dialogues–so that they essentially can alter the outcome of conversation.

2) Programs in place that claim to “monitor” internet activity are actually used to alter the speed, and content of that delivery.

3) rather than they claim, the intent of internet surveillance is actually to inhibit, control the flow of, or stop certain memes, ideas, and conversational “transactions.”

4) Sites, like ours here, are not only monitored, but also directly interfered with in order that police powers can manipulate data, and alter speech patterns.

So in short, the government practices a form of prior restraint of ideas, with some of the tactics outlined above, and we are unwittingly part of one of the greatest CIA mind control experiments ever.

Police abuse women

…and usually, they get away with it, because cops  hate  “hundred pound weaklings.”  They deplore what they consider “weak,” especially if that weakness is in men.

When cops beat men up, they almost always get away with it–even if those men are in wheelchairs!

In the case of police beating women, society takes a different approach, and assumes the women who are victims of police violence are innocent, and up goes an outcry. But not always:  Lisa Wareham was assaulted

Police abuse women

by Officer Livio Beccaccio, a veteran of the Orlando, FL police department  and, as usual,

the cops report contradicted the video-taped evidence. But the cop didn’t know there was video tape when he told his initial lies in an “official report”.

She likely would have been seen as guilty, without the exonerating video-taped evidence that revealed police lies.

According to clickorlando.com,  she said “It happened so fast. I was so scared. There is no way to describe it.”

Wareham, a single mother who was out with her friends at the time of the incident, said she could not believe what happened.

“I went to sit up and I felt something in my mouth. I spit (my teeth) out. I didn’t even know what to think,” she said.

Wareham said there was a disturbance nearby and a man was shoved into her. She said as she was questioning the man as to why he bumped into her, Beccaccio led her away and hurled her to the ground.

She barely weighs one hundred pounds.

Cops lie in their reports all the time. We know that. Lying in police reports is the norm, not the exception. They teach lying  in the police academy, and the courts often uphold police lies, but with videotape, their lying abilities versus the cameras unfaltering eye are a game changer.

Notice the highlighted text below:

“Although the Supreme Court has often said that truth is an imperative to justice, (9) we now know that police officers, (10) the key investigative component in our criminal justice system, lie, even under oath. (11) i How often do the police lie? No one knows for sure, but credible reports of police lies are common. In addition to police lies captured on video and audio recordings, trial judges have become increasingly skeptical about police testimony in suppression matters. (12) Juries have found police lies using a beyond-a-reasonable-doubt standard. (13) Some judges, prosecutors, and criminal defense lawyers believe that the police often lie successfully at pretrial hearings to avoid application of the exclusionary rule. (14) Commissions have convened, studied, and documented police lies. (15) And there is circumstantial evidence of police lies, along with other police misconduct, from the work of the Innocence Project and a recent empirical study conducted by Brandon Garrett. (16)”

[article here]

Police also routinely violate and abuse women, but they are very good at covering it up; police departments generally have a no-talk rule about their own domestic disputes, and women ( and men) who live with cops are often intimidated into silence by their gun toting mates.

But video tapes can make the difference between another routine report written by a cop being taken as truth, or revealed as the lies they are.

This video-tape  might get the officer suspended, reprimanded, or otherwise, but I doubt it. Police departments around the country are slow, or lax to discipline officers who abuse the public trust–there are just too many others in “the public” who condone police brutality.

Worse, the police have the full complicity of female police officers in the ranks to do their dirty work for them: according to clickorlando.com, OPD Lt. Barbara Jones sent an email to …on Wednesday confirming that the incident “is being reviewed and under official investigation.”

Two things in that statement  smell like pork, and the beginnings of a cover up:

1) the cops use female officers to deal with police assaults on women to diffuse the public perception of police as a  ‘male dominated’;this is the key to police disinformation campaigns in regards to the women that police abuse.

2) the phrase “official investigation,” which always amounts to the police strategically adding up the factors that damn them, and comparing them with factors which could make their lies plausible, to see  how they should  run the final story.

But it is a grand thing when you can catch cops in action, or investigate a whole departments corruption, like San Francisco’s PD, whose police misconduct, fraud, lies, and abuses were also caught on tape

We’ve heard the official story before, and it’s always B.S., sprinkled with heavy levels of disinformation and lies.

The problem is two-fold:

a) police profiles themselves are lies, and often are merely excuses to over-extend police powers. ( think seat belt laws, Terry stops, and the implication that you are guilty of something if you refuse a police search of your car)

b) the public is largely unaware of the police authority test*: if a cop stops you, you must comply to its orders. They are seeking compliance first, sorting  issues of right from wrong later.

Police authority has gone wild, and the public at large is unaware of these small abuses, until it is your brother, sister, or other family or friend that has suffered.

The small abuse of the police authority test has led to the larger abuses, and now it is time to arm yourself against the police- buy a video camera, and use it to record police home intrusions, brutality, and day to day events before you lose the right to do it–and double and triple back-up your recordings, because police have long histories of destroying video evidence.

Remember: they work for us–or at least, they used to– not the other way around, and today, they actively work against us–against the U.S. in us.

Document it: if you don’t flex your rights, you will lose them. So know your rights about recording police behavior.

….but not double or triple stacked.

And: American Police are Rapists who thrive on rape culture ideology, a flawed model of social control that can work for, or against them. Flawed because from its inception and implementation by some of the justices that sit on the court today, it set up a judicial system that allowed the accused to be publicly tried, while the accusers remain anonymous, like in the eastern bloc countries, and repressive South American regimes. Rape and Security theater.

I am not the only one to notice how our country uses sex charges, false rape statistics, or politically motivated rape charges, either.

Naomi Wolf, writing for Reuters, says that rape culture ideology ” means that policy outcomes can be advanced nowadays, in a surveillance society, by exploiting or manipulating sex-crime charges, whether real or inflated.”

I said as much just the other day. Oh, wait: I said that 5 days before Ms. Wolf did.

Police and social mechanisms that should protect us from police misconduct encourage, condone, cause, and cover-up American men being put into conditions that cause violence and rape: prisons. America relies on sex-crimes charges to stifle dissent, and men must be triple stacked in shitty, hot, overcrowded and unconstitutional conditions before the court does anything about it.

Many of those men are in prison because of a “bad habit,” or an “addiction,” rather than actual, real, person to person violent crime.  Men encounter and learn violence in prison, and the police mechanism routinely uses prison rape as a tool to control men. –while ironically, our entire culture, and its press slathers over what “might be” happening in other countries, and collective outcry weeps for the human rights of women in countries we do not, or cannot control.

American prisons are rape and violence factories, but also, many of the men in prison today are there because police and court mechanisms have willingly and historically been complicit in prison rapes and violence.

However, they are silent in the very least about the creation of a drug addicted society. Not one single drug scare that was ever initiated by police powers has ever worked to keep citizens off of drugs. American police, and their military counterparts are also the worlds biggest drug dealers. History tells us that.

Rather than creating American manufacturing, or other jobs, influential Americans have only encouraged the growth of police and military powers—powers that cause rape and kills people overseas.

The police in America are certainly the foremost advocates of placing dissenting American males into harm’s way—and even further away from those men relaying such messages to foreigners. Our police structure only wants the mythology and marketing tools of “baseball, hot dogs, apple pie, and mom’s lemonade” message to get out to foreigners. [Original commercial here]

Shockingly, today, the United States Supreme Court issued a rare decision that upholds prisoner’s rights, and ordered the State of California to end the overcrowding conditions in its prisons. In doing so, the courts order is an even rarer ruling that upholds human rights—here, in America.

Despite the fact that one of the most prominent sociopaths in America, Antonin Scalia— sits on the Supreme Court today, the high court once again backs cuts in Calif. prison population.[ more on Antonin Scalia here:]

While the USA routinely violates the human rights of foreign people, and the human rights of Americans alike, it is rare that we acknowledge the human rights abuses in America, much less enforce existing laws against such abuses. Through collusion of the police and the press to cover-up such human rights abuses here, and the courts routine failures to act against such abuse that has led to perhaps the worst human rights conditions in America since slavery.

Fortunately, we still have the foreign press to report human rights violations in America, and foreign media is not on the U.S. payroll—yet. So we have to look to foreign newspapers and foreign broadcasts in order to ascertain the truth about our own country.

While America today is delicately dancing around the fact that it manipulates and censors the internet, ( and here ) China Daily reports that “The United States reports the world’s highest incidence of violent crimes, and its people’s lives, properties and personal security are not duly protected.”

On its face this statement is true, however, the Chinese press, though refreshing in its breadth and comprehension of American human rights abuses against American citizens, fails to acknowledge the root cause of this purported violent crime: we live in a country where our police and our media are in collusion to initiate violent contact with men, and regularly remove fathers from households in order to begin the indoctrination of the children in the households.

America is relatively a single mother society, and fathers are not allowed to be fathers in lower income brackets, whereas upper income brackets rely on a sliding scale of what makes a “good man,” versus a “bad man,” and cops are always the “good men”.

Police make initial contact with children, and then begin indoctrination of children as who “good guys” or “bad guys,” are–because American police thinking is black and white, with no shades of grey—American police suffer from a great dearth of creative thinkers–and regardless of the crimes perpetrated by police and state mechanisms, the courts uphold cops almost by rote.

American society depends upon men being locked up on trumped charges, so that the police and their allies can get to the kids, and create good little killing and birthing machines that willingly go off to foreign wars.  If they don’t–well, we have a place called prison for the misfits.

Police propaganda campaigns like the out dated D.A.R.E. program cause our children to become aware of drugs and drug abuse much earlier than any child needs to hear about such social programs, while countries like China–who historically battled with the west to keep the western police powers and their opium out of its borders–China focuses on and teaching children the basics: the three R’s.

Worse, every time our police or military get involved in a “foreign war,” the police power imports more of the exact drugs that it claims to “protect” its citizens from. Every single US policy against drugs has increased the drug flow to America. Most US drug policies have increased the US presence as dealers in international drug markets.

It would be safe to say that every where there is drugs, the US “intervenes” and drugs are produced in larger quantities; it would be safe to say that America depends upon drugs for cash flow.

Since the U.S. has been in Afghanistan, the supply of heroin into the U.S. has increased from 7% to 60%. The U.S. policy of “supply side” strategies to reduce drugs is a miserable failure. And China is historically aware of western manipulation of facts about drugs, and drug statistics as well.

US policy it is designed to be so, because it justifies inflated police budgets here at home, and creates the illusion that there is a “criminal class” of our citizens, rather than socially marginalized people who have been brutalized into submission or otherwise set-up for failure by police power. Drugs and other government sponsored addictive substances and materials are the fault of the addict, rather than the fault of a social system that relies upon using drugs as a matter of leveraging foreign governments–like China.

Yet far worse than the police themselves are those who cloister themselves away and concoct schemes of social control that are often negotiated, arbitrary by their very nature, blind eyed when it comes to policing the police, and short sighted when it comes to fair or equal justice when it comes to weighing police misconduct against dissent and dissenters that challenge such conduct.

Our Supreme Court supremely and routinely upholds only the interests of that police power, and its subscribers in middle and upper classes. The deck is stacked with paid off Bush family dynasty, paycheck earning, citizens’ rights hating, business and connection loving conservatives like Samuel Alito, John Roberts, and Antonin Scalia-some of the most repressive jurists to ever sit the bench. They are the upholders of all things religious and fanatical; white men who believe that women are primarily birth canals who should stay at home.

Then there are the second string players, justices who are the future liberty oppressors, or in the very least, a silenced liberal impulse, and relics from a brief era of social justice in the 1960’s. Many of them are also Reagan era or Bush dynasty appointees who wear the face of what appear to be “minority” justices, but who are at heart angry and frustrated modern Sambo’s fearfully ready, willing, and abl

e to overlook the majority of issues that affect the poor and the disenfranchised of our America, while extending their hand to the rest of the world—as long as that emergent world is one that has a dollar bill in its hand..

These justices are willing to re-tool a fascist leaning country, and uphold police shenanigans, as long as their cherished “represented” and favored minority wins ( minority as defined by a standard that is over 230 years

old, and outdated for modern representation).

Weakened Justices like iron Ruth Bader-Ginsburg, ballsy Steven Breyer, sometimes bold, but often mediocre Anthony Kennedy; and the new faces of the police state, Sonya Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan are remarkably weak and silent in the face of some of Americas worst repression ever.

They are too busy marveling at the architectures of the modern police state they have helped create by buying into fear campaigns that made a mess with human rights issues here at home, and they upheld the torture of non-Americans; the false election of Bush.

Then there’s Clarence Thomas. What can one say about a black man that hates black men? American language doesn’t have a word for that, but he has been part of some of the most black-people-hating decisions to ever come before the court, and perhaps the only justice who should wear a white robe–if he didn’t seem to hate ALL men.

So, if there is a threat to China, it isn’t liberalizing its society: it could well be U.S. citizens reg

aining the rights we have lost for the last thirty years, or men who have been

systematically miscategorized as “violent offenders,” many of whom are victims themselves. But have no fear China; American is open for your business: American civil rights are in a shambles, while police and military power are a growing threat—but not to Chinese or other foreigners.

Our power structure relies primarily on locking dissenters away from the public discourse, just like we say you do, and our police are very busy setting citizens up and labeling them criminals of one kind or another, at the expense of the real story of America leaking out.

Meanwhile the real crooks are those who wear uniforms, the black robes, the one guy in the white robe, and the

people who pay their salaries. They just took away one of the most cherished of human rights, which was our right to be protected in our homes against police intrusions without a warrant.

Historically that is something that “repressive countries” do to their citizens. they are always more than willing to steer you into the arms of their cronies, rather than into the discourse of the real America—the long term money.

Most importantly, they are for sale, too, despite this recent breath of justice leaking out, and you can get in on it once you recognize who they are, and what they sell.

[ Note: the author does not condone the sterile and distancing use of the word “foreigners,” as applies to new arrivals in America; however, recognizes its utility to American society which relies on racist, sexist, and other-ist language to create in-groups and out-groups; and as a tool to cause new citizen arrivals a modicum of fear, and the forced recognition of a heirarchical template that puts people from other nations at the bottom of any social ladder]

..and worse, they may be planting what could be called “evidence” on your computer as well. They have the means, the motive, and the technology.

Yesterday, as i wrote, my internet connection, and the act of “thinking and writing” was hijacked, and replaced; rerouted, and redirected, while I was in the middle of the writing

Sadly, the IP trail points to the possibility that the United States government had something to do with it.

It is by now a well known fact that as the United States of America censors the internet. As the U.S. decries abuses of power and instances of internet censorship or close control by cloistered middle-eastern governments like Iran, and inserts itself into every argument that Google has with the Chinese, we have allowed the same thing to happen here.

Equally challenging, if not outright dangerous, is that we have allowed our Nation’s military and spy powers to listen in on our phone conversations, and our internet connections.

The government, in making or  manufacturing a case against a citizen, they can now listen to that citizen discuss the case with a lawyer, and by listening in, the government can pre-empt the citizen’s case strategy, circumventing justice by strategizing against the right of unreasonable search and seizure of one’s protected conversation.

Or, they can monitor your internet connection, and based solely on your website visits, develop an FBI profile of you that you would never know about until it was too late. That type of profiling has already taken place,  and it is against the citizen’s right of due process of the law.

“Instead of recording only what a particular suspect is doing, agents conducting investigations appear to be assembling the activities of thousands of Internet users at a time into massive databases, according to current and former officials. That database can subsequently be queried for names, e-mail addresses or keywords.”

“What they’re doing is even worse than Carnivore,” said Kevin Bankston, a staff attorney at the Electronic Frontier Foundation Carnivore was another program that they used to spy on citizens even before 9/11.  (For the paranoid out there, you can get a glimpse of exactly what they might be sending in and out of your computer using a tool called a “packet-sniffer”. Here is a free one  )

But the worst of all might be happening right now, and you won’t know about it until you get the “knock at your door.”

Police rarely spy on their own kind, and when they do it is almost accidental, and kind of comical.  But they routinely spy on us, and the foot soldier beat cops plant evidence all the time.{ here, herehere, here,  and endlessly, everywhere you look)

While citizens of other nations like Turkey take a stand against such internet censorship,  and China debates how to deal with the issue of western propaganda ( UFO’s, and God,endless global war,  and magic–all that crap that is ruining the minds of American children)and how to stop it from leaking into the minds of its children, our government engages in cyber-warfare, and that warfare has spilled over to its own citizens.

When the White House web page was hacked, our government blamed China, when in fact it was likely just a bunch of Chinese kids – really smart kids–but the attack was not tied to Chinas government. It was a prank.

The CIA—who has been warning us about how evil the Chinese are for over 50 years– ran with it, and accused the Chinese of engineering attacks. A lie of course (and who can beat the CIA at that?). But it was enough of a lie that the average U.S. citizen had one more reason to shake a fist at the east, rather than looking inward at its governments lies.

So, when our government, who has only and indisputably taken a path to eradicate the rights that we hold dear, rights like freedom of speech and press ( which relate directly to internet use), freedom against warrantless searches, and freedom to merely “pursue happiness,” we can only infer darker objectives than the protection of those freedoms, and infer it twice if, when on the internet, we are hijacked for reading alternative news, or material that represents another perspective other than the growing neo-fascist  American mindset.

The United States had long accused communist nations, and Islamic nations, and socialist nations of depriving citizens of freedoms, as well as creating phony legal cases against its citizens in order to smash dissent; but when our nation stepped onto the slippery slope of spying against our own, and repression, all bets were off.

Our nation is now responsible for imprisoning and torturing American citizens, killing citizens of other nations without due process, and war crimes against citizens of other nations.

How often do we hear some entitled idiot say “I don’t care if they spy on my phone or my internets, I ain’t doin’ nothin’ wrong.”?

What about every time your phone or connection is hijacked by some pop-up, or virus? Did it ever occur to you, as you look at Al Jazeera for the latest news in Iraq, or Afghanistan , that your pop-up might actually be leaving a cyber-trail to places you did not want to go?

Did it occur to you that just because you read Al Jazeera, that some pimple faced, X-box playing IT-trained soldier could be sitting in the Phillipines, or Iraq and actually leading you through some experiment ordered by his superiors? Because your ‘profile’—after all , terrorists read Al Jazeera—fits the type; that he or she might be reading along with you?

What if he/she decides to throw you a pop-up, or a re-direct, so they can follow your behavior, and add to your profile? Another mindless cog in a world-wide wheel has the power to reroute your actual browser requests, and replace them with wheel-cog grease.

And what if they throw you something worse, which sits in a folder in your system until you have been determined to be either a “good guy“, or a “bad guy“? Then, what happens when you give that computer to grandma?

Do you gamble online? Every time your redirected offshore, it could be to a U.S. government data base, and it could be leaving traces of things behind; it could even be opening a “back door” and mining your personal photos, or mindlessly routing other traffic through you.

How about porn? Sure, it’s legal, and quite free—but did you ever notice what the pop-us and redirects leave behind? Probably not, but they did make a mess, and that mess can be a useful tool to gain your compliance somewhere in the future. And the data left behind, especially if it made it into your “profile,” might say nothing about you at all, but to them? Well, you might one day NOT run for president…

The fact that you don’t care, or allow them to spy on your connection means you also allow them to do that to others as well. In order for them to spy on an individual, they assemble hundreds of thousands of cyber-profiles gleaned from routers and switches that connect with hundreds of thousands of other peoples connections.

Your mother; your grandmother; dear old dad, and the grand kids. All the data goes into a database, and then that base is routinely referenced and cross referenced for keywords and e-mail addresses. Referenced FOREVER. Worse, every couple of years, some pimple faced IT kid in some branch of our military or police structure gets to look at it.

How do your tax returns look? Remember that charitable donation to your Uncle Sal—the one he bought the boat with? How will it compare to others in 10 years? It is all of the power of the IRS, but flagged, or red flagged, and amplified by infinity. How about your kid’s baby pictures?

And what if at some point those smart Chinese kid hackers grow up and gain your data? Personally, I could trust them with it: it’s the Russian Mob, the Nigerian 419’er, and the FBI that I don’t—they have all shown themselves more than willing to break fundamental laws to gain their purposes.  Only the latter has consistently shown a disdain for Civil Rights, and the law itself[  here, and here, here– well you get the idea.] and more than once is federal police power unaccountable for its law breaking scandals [ here, here, here ], but worst of all: you have nothing to say about it.

Why? because the internet is forever. Privacy? Not for long with you around.

It is the social equivalent of you believing that because you keep your curtains open, anyone who prefers privacy must have something to hide; and the social equivalent of you believing that you have a right to peak into someone else’s curtains.

You don’t, it’s against the law, and your belief might one day backfire, because you never know who else is on those same routers, and those same switches —and you definitely don’t know ‘who knows who’, until you wake up with an enemy you never knew you had—right here at home, in the good ol’ USA.

So what does that make you, with your belief in rights to look into someone else’s curtains? And what will stop them from planting evidence on your computer? Your continued silence about our nation’s censorship and other abuses is your guarantee? What’s your mothers, or fathers, or kids, or neighbors privacy guarantee?

It certainly isn’t you. You are the broken link in the security chain.

…and rape ideology is a powerful tool of social control that can backfire–even on cops.

two likely rapists: cops

New York Police Officers Franklin Mata and Kenneth Moreno, likely rapists

You might have missed this story about some  rapist cops in New York, Franklin Mata and Kenneth Moreno,  while you were following this story, about IMF chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn, who sits in jail at Rikers Island, likely falsely accused of rape by a woman, a hotel maid who has might have  AIDS. Never mind what kind of character is a woman who contracts AIDS; never mind the debate about power and oppression, and women doing what women have always done to make a side dollar–from selling sex, to blackmail; the hard fact is that it looks like a CIA set-up. Or a right-wing French police set-up in full collusion with American police.

The anatomy of a honey-pot set-up, 101

a) create a victim through indoctrination b) plant female victim in proper location ( in this case the Sofitel) c) wait for the right ‘client’ to show up  d) go to the press before it goes to trial ( in this case, DSK is being tried in the American press; his “victim’s” lawyer, a personal injury lawyer, has virtually told her whole side of the story in the media, yet we do not have a right to know her name?)  e) immediately believe the  female victim, and label the male a perpetrator and f)  use full police powers of evidence manipulation and to seal the deal against a guy before he even gets bailed out–especially, hide, or otherwise overlook exculpatory evidence that could prove a man innocent before a trial is even needed.

In the case of Strauss-Kahn, he even predicted that his opponents would try to set him up on a rape charge weeks before he came to New York.  CNN reports that “Three weeks ago — well before his visit to the New York Sofitel –Strauss-Kahn, who had been considered a leading contender for the French presidential elections next year, discussed the possibility of a woman falsely claiming he attacked her.

In an interview April 28 with the French daily newspaper Liberation, he imagined “a woman who would be raped in a parking lot and who would then be promised 500,000 or a million euros to invent such a story,” the paper reported in an article published Monday, two days after the alleged attempted rape..

So, the “you might have missed it story is the fact that police are being tried as rapists in a rare moment when the police might actually have policed themselves. Well, not the police, directly. The District Attorney is prosecuting the case, so it might be one rare exception to the rule that prosecutors and police are always in collusion together. That’s true 99% of the time, and only when a prosecutor has a slam dunk do they prosecute cops.

Police OfficerKenneth Moreno, 43, is accused of raping the woman, a fashion executive, as his partner, [Officer] Franklin Mata, 29, stood lookout,” and they might have gotten away with it too, except the woman recorded them conspiring. Rape, the rape ideologists tell us, is a crime of power, and who has more social power than police?

The victim in this case might have turned the tables with her recording. Tape recorders are powerful tools of self defense against police brutality.

“The two were arrested in April 2009 after the victim, using a watch equipped with a microphone, covertly taped a conversation with Moreno in which he said he wore a condom.”

Worse, the cops claimed the woman was too drunk to know what hit her, but once again, her case might be aided by the fact that there is a recorded video and “outdoor surveillance camera footage of the victim entering the apartment building on the night of the incident shows she was more sober than prosecutors allege.”

The jury is out deliberating, but it is rare to see cops prosecuted for their misconduct.  Even more rare that a rape claim is substantiated, much less against a cop,  but in this case, it looks like the chicken has come home to roost, because rape ideology is a dangerous tool of police strategy, population control, and overall ideology of social control, and it backfired on them here.

Rape culture is a term used within women’s studies and feminism, describing a culture in which rape and sexual violence against women are common and in which prevalent attitudes, norms, practices, and media condone, normalize, excuse, or tolerate sexual violence against women. Examples of behaviors commonly associated with rape culture include victim blaming and sexual objectification.  Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Did you notice anything that was left out in that description and definition? No where is there a mention of what women do to children or what women do to men who are under their control. Nowhere is there any statement of the fact that the attitudes, norms, and the practices of our culture, in collusion with the media, and enforced by women who believe in police share any responsiblity for police violence that is directed at men in our society. Violence begets violence.

The one crucial detail that is missing is this: American women uphold, encourage, and instill in their children behaviors that lead to male violence as long as that violence is directed at  males. And nowhere in this discussion is there a glimmering of what women can do to children to instill that violence component. What kind of woman raises a cop? Certainly, a Freudian profile explains it a bit, but what does it take to create a person who by its very nature is the progenitor of violent social control?

Police are the primary entities who are the tools, and bi-products of women who believe in violence. They uphold the flawed logic–the fallacy of the “rape culture,”  which is a narrowly tailored doctrine that feminists and other politically motivated people have suggested is the basis of American society, if not the worlds society as a whole; and therein lies the rub.

Feminists believe that their holes are the object that men desire, and that men, having power, will do anything to maintain that power, or to hold that power over women. There’s part of the problem: have you ever met a feminist? That’s a hole you don’t ever want to fall into…

The flaw in rape culture logic is that women like power too, and use it over men who fall into relationships with them, and these women excercise that power over the possible or eventual children that are bi-products of those hetero-normative relationships.Women are, and always have been, the primary selectors of mates, and create the  biproducts that reflect their values–children who are violent.

Women like failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, helped put the lie of the rape culture into America’s vernacular, and whereas only now are actual rapes being dealt with in places where rape actually take place–like Africa. Women like her also helped put more cops in your homes by stirring up a phantom fear that American women were being raped.

With the mythology of the rape culture, and a  street level indoctrination campaign that maintains women are raped far more frequently than actually happens, your police willingly followed her lead. Why? Because statistic generating public fear campaigns are how police and pundits make their living, and so does your mother.

Why? Because “Yo Mama’s so nasty she joined the four horseman: war, death, famine, disease and Yo mama

Any child of the ghetto culture, and any trailer trash kid [ the primary targets of police violence] can tell you a “yo’ mama” joke, and we could engage in discussions about how those jokes are products of a culture that abuses women, and that these jokes are a symbolic abuse of mothers.

But the reality is, these jokes reflect the common, lived and shared experience of being ‘mothered’ in America. The fact is that this reflection of America is one of the few cracks at the seams of your mamas new jeans, and America condones, accepts, expects, and enforces nasty mothers.

It is primarily women in America who uphold and support the rape culture, because women in America are fully supported–if not outright by government tax dollars and welfare–they are supported by the police structure that inserts itself into the relationships between men and women. And men are often raped, but it is unmanly to talk about it. American women only affirm it.

Forget Betsy Ross, or Martha Washington–our modern nation, America, has found in its women, mothers that are willing allies who create violence prone males and females, and our nation leads the world in undeclared wars, and in deaths caused by invasions of foreign countries.Americas mothers have created children responsible for over one hundred thousand Iraqi’s, another twenty thousand deaths in Afghanistan, and counting in other places around the world. Injuries are upwards of 300, 000.

American mothers excercise power over children, and that power is often abused. It takes a severe form of social dysfunction to allow the creation of murderers.  THis, and the fact that the police power and the social mechanisms that uphold it are responsible for the current over-policing of the poor, and the dissenters, is to a point where American citizens recently, and willingly gave up there Constitutional rights against unlawful search and seizure; against unlawful imprisonment without trial; and rights that protected us against torture.

Since when does yo’ mama need permission to come into your bedroom? Neither do the American  police. We have nothing to say anymore about how the “enemies of America” abuse civil rights.

Yo mama’s so nasty, the US Government uses her bath water for chemical weapons, and when she didn’t find chemical weapons in Iraq’s bedroom , she invaded anyways and said she did find them; You allowed it. To you, the lie is more important–and more potent, than the truth about yo’ mama.

It seems the lies yo’ mama tells are better than the truth, and the biggest lie we tell in America is about yo’ mama’s creation of police who abuse American citizens. Or maybe the bigger lie we tell is that lie of omission: the fact that women’s threats, women’s violence, and coercive conduct and behavior directed at children creates cops, and creates a police state, and those mothers and those cops sanction the unspeakable crime of rape against men.

But the fact is, Dominique Strauss-Kahn predicted the possibility of being set up, and two of New York’s finest are awaiting their guilty verdict–but you never heard about them, because they are rapists and cops, protected by the media, and birthed by American mothers.

If the honey trap is an acceptable tool of social control, we should use it more often–on cops, before we become everything we were taught to abhor about foreign governments.

Here is a Wikipedia link that appears to be straight out of some lower level CIA handbook, a “How To” manual of recruiting women like the un-named  “victim” from Guinea. However despicable rape ideology is as a tool of social control in America, where women can leverage men with false allegations that waste time and resources,  rape ideologies most striking failure is to prevent actual rape from happening; its most striking failure to actually describe the problem is most evident in the Congo today, where upwards of millions of rapes have been taking place over the last several years.

So maybe the solution is that we raise girls who become women who accuse police and soldiers of rape, not to even the score, but to balance a society that only upholds police power, and convicts innocent men before due process has run its course, but also protects the names and faces of women who falsely accuse.

American women face no penalties for false allegations, so maybe it’s time to tilt those allegations at the police. One more lie in the American arsenal of untruth does not make a tool, but rather, it is a hammer hit on our own thumbs.

(Just a side-note: as I wrote this post, I was cyber-attacked or hacked three separate times. In each case, many of the words I had typed were not saved to backup, and many of the links I had used had not been auto-saved. Some of my content was lost. At one point, some kind of attack that used the language “infinite loop” occured, and at another point, Google defaulted only to Arabic. Has this attack happened to you? I am sure it is some SigInt prank, but also likely a clear monitoring of dissent in action. Ask yourself what kind of nation you want; I choose one that is truly free, not one leveraged into oblivion by lies, and police state control. Free speech is next.)

Expose the police to harm…

In Freud and the Police, Police and FBI evidence creation and set-ups, Police destroy and createevidence, Profile the Police on May 12, 2011 at 11:34 pm

…by Photographing and Recording the police surreptitiously. You might get them on tape doing something illegal

Police hate being filmed and photographed while they “perform their duty,” but they sure don’t mind doing it to us. I remember one of the parents of a childhood friend used to use that expression about “duty” every time he took a shit. However, it applies here because a) police are very anal-focused, according to the Freudian profile, so it makes sense they like to keep shit to themselves.

It makes even more sense when b) we realize that the shit they are up to on a daily basis is often illegal, and needs to be documented.

So, keep an eye on cops at every opportunity. The law is on your side in most states, and you have a right to audio and videotape police activity that takes place in public. This activity is called recording with “one party consent,” meaning that only one party or person involved in the recording needs to give their consent for the recording to occur–that person is you, not some cop.

Here is a list of states that allow one party consent recording, as well as states that don’t.

Police everywhere resist being filmed or photographed because they claim they are then at risk for retaliation from “criminals.” They also claim that video/audio/and photographic evidence collected by the public jeopardizes their cases. I would think it would be the opposite: if a cop is clean, and does its job according to the law, then privacy wouldn’t even be required. However, the police/FBI?CIA et al —who flagrantly violate and abuse their powers of surveillance–are apparently better than you are, and deserve more rights than you do–even if those extra ‘police rights’ are not spelled out anywhere in the U.S. Constitution.

The police powers, and especially the FBI break the law all the time, and when they get caught they claim it was a “mistake, or a “misinterpretation” of law, but when you do it, you are called, by them, a criminal. They never get punished, and even more rarely do we prosecute those who abuse such powers.

So, we live in a state of affairs where the police claim extra-ordinary rights, and one of their most highly prized is “privacy”. Never mind that it is not at all uncommon for cops to invade the privacy of others via wiretapping, eavesdropping, photographing and recording the behavior of people who have never been convicted of a crime; cops routinely take away peoples cameras and cellphones, and even arrest those people for recording them.

So know your rights, but still be prepared for police to intimidate, coerce, or otherwise violate your rights, because that is what they do.  follow the law in your state, and whenever possible–break the law of two party consent in order to document police activity–but do it like cops do it: secretly, illegally, and without consent if you have to–because only when we publicize police misconduct do we even begin to understand how widespread it is. Cops break the law all the time doing surveillance and get caught at it, so don’t hesitate to do so yourself.

But don’t become a victim of police who commit crimes, or misconduct. You will almost always lose a direct confrontation with police who themselves are breaking the law, but your camera might live on.

Most judges will throw out illegally obtained evidence such as a video taken without consent, but there are notable possible exceptions: if a recording is used in a grand jury investigation; if a recording is secretly forwarded to the cops supervisor; if the recording is held for a period of years until that cop gets itself caught up in some bad shit, and the recording is secretly forwarded to internal affairs.

You get the idea.

But most importantly: if you suspect that you or your friends are being harassed, put under mind bending endless surveillance, or recorded by cops, know the law, try real hard to follow the law, and film them back, but take great pains to duplicate, backup, and hide your recordings until they become necessary as a tool against illegal police activity. Otherwise, the police will steal the recordings, smash your cameras , or coerce citizens into deleting them ( un-delete them as soon as the cops are gone: here’s how)

Statistics on police activity that is directed against the citizens is often skewed, and statistics about how often police distort evidence by stealing cameras, tampering with audio and video evidence, and coerce citizens to delete ‘evidence’ are even more scarce. So be ready, be aware of your rights, and be prepared for the possibvility of police harassment, brutality, or false testimony against you. That is the price of enforcing your rights against police.

Do you have a story about police evidence tampering? Leave me a note.
